Shipping
All items are shipped through Australia Post. We aim to ship your order within 3-7 business days from receiving it.
Aus Domestic:
Standard: $10.00
Express: $15.00
If you are needing your item urgently, please select Express Shipping. This means that once we dispatch your order within our usual time frame, it will travel faster through the Aus Post network.
International:
We offer global shipping, and pricing varies according to your location. During the checkout process, you will have access to accurate pricing information specific to your country.
For international orders, please make your selections with care, as we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
Kindly note that when placing an international order, you should be prepared to cover any duty taxes that may apply. It's essential to be well-informed about any potential charges associated with receiving the goods, as Mylkees is not responsible for these additional fees. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Shipping Lead Times:
Aus Standard: 2-14 days
Aus Express: 1-3 days
US & CAD: 7-10 days
Rest of the World:
Please visit the Australia Post website to enquire about lead times. Once your order has been fulfilled on our end and you have received your tracking details, your order is the responsibility of Australia Post and any lost or damaged items are to be lodged via their website or phone.
Policies
Returns:
We will offer you an exchange or refund if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty. Please note that this is subject to inspection - please email mylkees@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to begin investigations.
If you need to exchange a size, we require the clothing to be sent back in its original packaging, unused and un-washed. Please email us at mylkees@gmail.com with your order number and request to begin the process.
You will be required to pay a standard post rate to return your item/s and we will send a return label and upon receiving your return and checking the items, we will issue an exchange. Please note that at this time, this is only available for AUS customers.
Safety Statement
Please be aware that Mylkees products are not intended as toys and should never be left within reach of infants or young children for play. It is imperative that these products are never used or worn without proper supervision, particularly during sleep.
While we take utmost care in crafting and quality-checking our items before shipping, we kindly request that upon receiving your order, you thoroughly inspect each item. Ensure there are no loose components or threads that could pose a potential hazard to your baby.

At Mylkees, all our clothing and accessories are created in limited quantities to minimise waste. Consequently, you may notice minor colour discrepancies between different batches or products produced at varying times. We make diligent efforts to maintain consistency and ensure that the colors remain true, both in person and online. Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority.
